Before joining Farrell’s, Janae led an unhealthy lifestyle, finding comfort in alcohol, drugs, and food while battling an eating disorder and fluctuating weight. Her journey began after seeing a vacation photo that revealed how much weight she had gained. Starting Farrell’s 10-week challenge at nearly 240 pounds, Janae found the support and structure she needed, including an easy-to-follow meal plan. Finishing her first 10 weeks in fifth place inspired her to push further, ultimately enrolling in the year-long challenge.
Over the year, Janae’s dedication transformed her physically and mentally. She set ambitious goals, like achieving a sub-7-minute mile and running a monthly 5K race, which led her to personal bests and even winning races. With the confidence she built, she conquered stage fright and eventually led a kickboxing class. By the end of her challenge, Janae had lost over 85 pounds and gained a new sense of purpose. She’s excited to keep growing and inspire others to live their lives at "Level 10."
Tiffany’s journey with Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping began at a breaking point. Struggling with the emotional weight of being obese, she hid her pain behind smiles for her family while secretly coping through binge eating and avoiding friends. A photo taken by her daughter became the wake-up call she needed, bringing all her struggles into sharp focus. That same day, she walked into Farrell’s and began her transformation.
Through the program, Tiffany regained her confidence, learned how to fuel her body with proper nutrition, and embraced a healthier, happier life. She’s now present for her family, setting an example of strength and healthy habits. With the support and love of the Farrell’s community, Tiffany found a second home and a renewed sense of purpose. Her advice for anyone considering this journey: trust the process and take the first step—you’ll never look back.
Kelli Jo’s life transformed when she stepped through the doors of Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping in January 2020, despite being intimidated by the challenge ahead. As someone who hadn’t been to a gym in over a decade, she was uncertain if she could succeed. However, with determination, the support of her family, friends, and the Farrell’s community, KelliJo tackled her struggles one day and one goal at a time.
She embraced the mantra “1% better every day,” tracking her progress with a colorful goal list and a journal. Each step forward, no matter how small, built her confidence and resilience. Looking back at her journey through side-by-side photos and her journal entries, KelliJo is proud of how far she’s come. Her journey has been challenging but rewarding, filled with tears, laughter, and unwavering commitment. Farrell’s has not just been a fitness program for her—it’s become a supportive family that helped her change her life.
